This is a vintage Ashton-Drake 'Cute as a Button' porcelain baby doll from the Barely Yours collection, Limited Edition #3784 ZC by artist Titus Tomescu, hand-painted by our artist detail intact, with a realistic hand-painted face, an embroidered 'cute as a button' shirt, a pink gingham bow and lace-trimmed bloomers. It's about 14" seated, signed on the neck, with original COA, hang tag and box. Casts as Retro Chic or The Rockstar of the prop shelf, ready set-dressing for a nursery scene, a collector's interior or a horror-adjacent frame where its still gaze does the acting.

Nothing here is mass-produced and nothing goes to waste — every piece already existed before we reworked it into a one-of-one. We build with organic Desserto cactus leather, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified organic cotton and rescued, recycled and upcycled overstock, using zero animal glues and only non-toxic leather paint. Every order offsets its carbon, plants a tree, and arrives in a recyclable box made from post-consumer waste. Sustainability isn't our pitch — it's just how we make wearable art.
Transparency
We think you should know exactly who made your piece and how. Our part-time team in San Diego works in a healthy, genuinely fun studio and earns 50-100% above California's minimum wage, with remote work welcomed for our business side. Each garment costs us about $65 to make — roughly one hour of labor and $40 in materials — and is handmade by our California-based seamstress Rosa Sanchez.
